MAKING A ONLINE RESERVATION

You will be asked for the origin and destination you want to make, the day, the time, your information, the number of passengers you want to travel and finally your payment information, once all this information is provided, you will instantly receive an e-mail confirmation with all the details of your trip. You don't need to print your ticket, you can keep it on your mobile phone. The driver will have all your information that has already been confirmed at the time you are going to board.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CONFIRMATION PAGE?

No, just a valid photo ID is required in order to board, your driver will have a manifest  with a list of all the passengers for the trip.

WHAT IS A VALID PHOTO ID?

Any form of Government Issued ID with a photo. Drivers Licenses, Passports, or Work ID Cards with a Photo are all valid for boarding. This is only required for passengers over the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 is not required to show photo identification.

HOW DO I CONTACT MY DRIVER IF A CAN'T FIND OR LOCATE MY  SHUTTLE?

When you make your reservation you will be given a dedicated phone number so you can easily communicate with your driver.

CAN A MINOR TRAVEL BY THEMSELVES?

We do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to travel without an adult. However, if a minor wants to travel without the presence of an adult, their legal representative just fill out an authorization form to travel alone.

I MISSED MY SCHEDULED SHUTTLE, DO I GET A REFUND?

If you miss the shuttle you booked for, you will be considered a no-show. You will not be eligible for a refund. We require all passengers to be at the shuttle stop 20 min prior to departure.

CAN I GET ON THE NEXT ONE IF I MISSED MY SCHEDULED SHUTTLE?

If you miss the shuttle you booked for, you will be considered a no-show. You will not be eligible to get on a next one. You will need to rebook a pay for another ticket.

MY SHUTTLE WAS LATE. CAN I GET A REFUND?

No Refunds or Compensation will be extended for late shuttles. We do not make any guarantee of on-time departures or arrivals. Delays Happen! We believe in blatant honesty and the fact of the matter is, we have absolutely no control over delays. We never intend to be late for a pick up. That said, we have a BETTER than 95% on-time departure record, however, when delays happen, they affect everyone. It is always our intent to have an on-time departure, but if your trip is delayed, please know that we are doing everything we can to look for alternative routes to get our shuttles back on track. Just like with the airlines, there are no refunds or compensation for delayed departures and arrivals.

I HAD AN EMERGENCY, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY TICKET?

While we are deeply sympathetic to emergency situations, our policy of No Changes is extended to all passengers without exception.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You can cancel your reservation, however, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will not be able to use your ticket to travel at any time.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION FOR ANOTHER DAY OR TIME?

No, once a reservation is made it is confirmed for the trip that appears on your Ticket & Confirmation only. No changes can be made. So we strongly recommend to review all your trip details before you finally submit your reservation.
